Booking & Arrival
Book General AdmissionIf you’re planning on visiting the museum, we recommend pre-booking your tickets via the ticket link at the top of the website. Although you can still pay on the day, pre-booking allows us to monitor the number of visitors on-site to ensure your visit is as safe and enjoyable as possible.
We have a dedicated page on group bookings here, which sets out all you need to know to plan your group's visit.
For groups of 15 or more people, fill out our online booking enquiry form in advance (or download the form here, fill it out and email it to [email protected]). Your group visit is not confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation from us.
Group bookings of 15 people or more will receive a 10% discount on admission prices!
Travel Trade is managed separately from group bookings. Please email our Travel Trade Manager [email protected] to enquire.
For Education and School group booking enquiries, please fill in our online booking form to submit your request. Due to site capacity restrictions, we cannot accept school bookings without prior arrangement.
